Speech & Drama Enrichment Course for P1 and P2
In our effort to nurture confident and eloquent speakers, a Speech & Drama Enrichment Course is incorporated into the P1 and P2 curriculum in Term 3 & 4. Through these 8-week lessons, students will acquire the skills and techniques needed for storytelling, poetry recitation and acting. This course culminates in a performance at the end of the session to display what the students have learnt.
Mother Tongue Language Fortnight
Different activities are organised for all levels during the MTL Fortnight week. They are exposed to the different aspect of the Malay arts, culture and tradition such as playing of Malay traditional games such batu seremban (five stones), congkak and gasing. They have hands-on experiences of the batik painting, wau sobek, ribbon and rattan weaving.
P2 Mother Tongue Learning Journey to River Wonders
The Primary Two Malay Language students embark on an exciting Learning Journey to River Wonders, Asia’s first and only river-themed wildlife park. They get to learn how animals are cared for, discover their unique traits and be up close with some animals.
